TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CHAPLIN COTILLIONS, LLC

REGISTRATION
* Cotillion classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Classs size is limited.
* Parents are encouraged to register early to avoid being placed on a waitlist.
* Should your son/daughter be placed on a waitlist, you will be notified within a week of registering.

DATES
* Classes for the first 5 weeks will be held at the Knight of Columbus Hall on Sunday,
  January 17, 24, 31 February 7, & 21. The final End of Season Celebration will be on Sunday, February 28th at The Highland Hotel.
  There is no class on Sunday, February 14th (Super Bowl Sunday)


PAYMENT
* Pre-payment is required at the time of enrollment. You may use MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
* Cost for the class is $225.00
* Payment is required to hold a place on the waitlist. If your child does not make it into the class, full payment will be refunded.

REFUND POLICY
* Please check your child's schedule before enrolling.
* Once a registration is received, it is subject to the refund policy unless your child is put on the wait list. Once a registration has been removed
   from the wait list and added to the
   class roll, the refund policy will go into affect. A full refund will be given, should your child remain on the wait list and not make it into the class.
* For each registration canceled 30+ days from the first day of cotillion there will be a $25 transaction fee per enrollment.

* Refunds are issued as follows:
  31+ days before the first day of class (December 17,  2026 and before) = full refund - $25.00 transaction fee for each registration.
  1-30 days before the first day of class (beginning December 18, 2026) = no refund
* Registrations are non-transferrable.
* Refunds are not issued for missed lessons.

REQUIRED ATTIRE
* Students are required to adhere to the cotillion dress code.
* Dress Code for Ladies:  Dresses or skirts and blouses are required. Dresses and skirts must be fingertip length or longer. No pants or shorts. NO long formals, strapless
  or spaghetti strap dresses. No backless shoes, flip flops or tennis shoes.Tennis shoes may be worn on 50s week only. 

* Dress Code for Gentlemen: Suits or blazers and dress slacks, dress shirts, ties and dress shoes. Shirts must be tucked in. All boys must wear a tie. NO tennis shoes 
  except for 50s week.

* During 50s and western weeks, students may dress in 50s or western attire. No shorts or guns during western week.
* Jeans are acceptable on 50s or western week. No holes in the jeans, please.

ARRIVAL
* Students should arrive 15 minutes before the start of class so that they have time to receive name tags, greet hosts/hostesses and be seated in
   the room. We ask that you please drop your child off for class in the front of the Knight of Columbus Hall so that they enter through the front door. 

DEPARTURE
* Please be punctual in picking up your young ladies and gentlemen as The Chaplin Cotillions will not be responsible for your children after class is
  dismissed. 
* Please drop your child off for class in the front of the building. Pick-up at the end of class for all sutdents will be in the back parking lot of the
  KayCee.

MISCELLANEOUS
*The Chaplin Cotillions is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
*By signing this document you are also giving permission for images of your child, captured during classes through video, photo or digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of The Lake
 Highlands Cotillion and The Chaplin Cotillions, LLC promotional material, newsletters, websites and publications and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
